The holiday home “casa Rudolfo” was decorated with great attention to detail and renovated in April 2024. It is located on a quiet side street, with its own driveway and space for two cars right in front of the door.
The bright, inviting rooms have been decorated with great attention to detail and extend into a large living/dining room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, WIFI and access to the covered terrace with a cozy wooden table and gas grill. Three of the four bedrooms (all equipped with air conditioning) and two bathrooms (one of them en suite) are on the upper level, as is the fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable external staircase leads to the lower part of the house with a private pool (with up to eight loungers) and a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a Finnish sauna.
The house is equipped with many extras, such as a second refrigerator, washing machine and dryer (in the garage). The oil central heating makes the house ideal for the winter months.
Electricity consumption of 250 kilowatts per week is included. In addition, individual consumption is charged at €0.25 / kWh. In the winter months or heating season, 10 € / day is charged for central heating.

The perfect holiday home for families and small groups of friends in all seasons, very well equipped, in a quiet location. The holiday mood arises from the first moment.
